Merritt Heritage is a 244 unit independent living affordable senior housing development on 13 acres close to the heart of Georgetown Texas. The main 4 story building is comprised of 220 units, an amenities center and attached garages. Six smaller single story casitas are each composed of 4 units and provide a buffer to the residential neighborhoods to the south.
Merritt Hill Country
This 80 unit affordable independent senior housing development sits on 7 acres nestled in the scenic hills of Dripping Springs Texas. The main 3 story structure is composed of 70 units, an amenities center, screened breezeway and a community screened in porch. The remaining 10 units are divided into 3 single story casitas. The existing topography and landscape guided the layout of the site and the placement of the structures in order to minimize the impact to the surrounding ecosystem.
Located in Dripping Springs, this 80 unit development is a response to the city’s growing demand for affordable housing. Designed for families, this garden style multifamily community hugs the existing topography and is composed of three 3-story buildings. Taking advantage of the geography and preserving the existing trees allowed for a fluid site that takes advantage of the hill country views on this 9 1/2 acre site.
Designed as 80 units on 8 ½ acres in Wimberley Texas, this community responds to the city’s need for independent living affordable senior housing. The 3 story building is made up of 58 units and an amenities center while 22 units are distributed among 6 single story casitas. The unique shape of the property, the topography and the existing landscape formed the site and building layout.
